    Build and send forms that meet your needs, themed to match your brand. Forms can be completed online, or handwritten scans can be uploaded.

  • Search & discovery

    Open calls rely on the right organisations finding you. Discovery surfaces those that match your criteria but haven't applied, so you can reach out to them.

  • Eligibility check

    Filter out ineligible applications automatically. Using the criteria you specify, we will check each application and identify which are eligible and which are not.

  • Due diligence

    Using online resources, public registers and financial records, we will automatically identify and flag potential governance, financial and reputational concerns.

  • Assessment & scoring

    Automated consistent and objective assessment against your criteria. Ready for you to review and amend as needed.

  • Collaborative selection

    Whether you are meeting in the same room or online, we support panel discussion and decision-making.

  • Budget optimisation

    Understand the landscape of applications you receive and group them by theme, geography or anything else. Grantmaker then optimises your budget, proposing how best to distribute funds for you to adjust.
